Estela has been an Administrative Assistant for as long as she can remember. Having worked in different countries has allowed her to understand the variety and extent of administrative needs within different cultures, such as corporate, non-profit, small business and government. For over 16 years, she has been an assistant to: a businesswoman who runs her own communications studio; a professional association for Latin meeting planners; the program managers that built the fiber optic network in Europe, a non-profit's president that changed national public policy in Mexico; and to a board of directors from a forming international non-profit that promotes civil participation, just to mention a few. The diveristy of her work has given her a solid background in marketing, customer relations, and event planning as well demonstrated capacity to provide comprehensive support for executive-level staff.
In 2006, Estela founded Alternative Virtual Solutions, and became a virtual assistant or like she prefers to say it "an administrative assistant with a business flair"
